How do I connect my PC to the mobile app?
Download the RankRR desktop client on your Windows PC, then open the mobile app and scan the QR code displayed on your PC. Your devices will pair automatically.
Why isn't my live match showing up?
Make sure the desktop client is running and Valorant is open. The client needs to detect an active match before data appears in the app. If issues persist, try restarting the desktop client.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to manage or cancel your plan.
Is my Riot account safe?
Yes. RankRR reads publicly available match data through Riot's local API. We never ask for or store your Riot account password. The desktop client only accesses data that Valorant makes available locally on your PC.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the mobile app and select "Delete Account." All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also contact us using the form above.
